1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 2phcom website, mobile-optimized site, and all associated services accessible at 2phcom.club.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account wallet, including real-money deposits and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the 2phcom Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 2phcom reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 2phcom Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 2phcom makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register an Account if you are subject to a self-exclusion order, a court order restricting gambling activity, or any other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use the 2phcom Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on 2phcom. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 2phcom will never ask you for your password. You agree to notify 2phcom immediately via Live Chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

2phcom may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

2phcom accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 2phcom does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed on the same business day. 2phcom reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may vary based on your Account verification status, payment method, and VIP tier. Players in higher VIP tiers may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits.

4.4 Refused Transactions

2phcom reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law. In such cases, 2phcom will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 2phcom are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type – slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

2phcom actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5.4 Modification of Promotions

2phcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on 2phcom use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live physical outcomes (in the case of live dealer games) to determine results. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party. 2phcom works exclusively with game providers whose products are independently audited for fairness.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 2phcom reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. 2phcom is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection due to your internet connection, device failure, or other factors outside the Platform's control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2phcom Platform:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 2phcom staff or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2phcom Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of 2phcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 2phcom.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2phcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 2phcom's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2phcom makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Responsible Gaming

2phcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team via Live Chat.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

2phcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the Account.
• Required KYC documents have not been provided within the requested timeframe.
• The Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12. Privacy

2phcom collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data.

13. Amendments to These Terms

2phcom reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address or mobile number at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 2phcom Platform shall first be submitted to 2phcom's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
